More green for these pages! Once again, kind of just messing around with some  character designs and outfits. When I don't know what to draw I pretty much default to pretty girl in nice outfit. I added some leaves in green pen to fill in some blank space though. The drawing in the center of the right page is of me actually, I just liked my outfit that day.      This is my last post! So, bye!

This page is also not super complicated, just some doodles. But I really like the one on the bottom. The pose just turned out really well. In the center I was doing some character concepts of a Dungeons and Dragons character.      But that's all for this one. Just a nice green doodle page, bye!

Today's page is mostly doodle-y. I just finished a really big drawing project, so I'm kind of all out of creativity. But I Like this page regardless! Theres some of my characters in winter gear, some of my current moods and some different styles I've tried. I wanted to try out a simpler style for animating, since that's what I what to go into. Figured an easier style would make my life easier.       There's not really much to say about this so bye!

This is part two of my characters! On the left is Abbigale Woods, Dianna's little sister. and on the right is Blitz, a friend of hers. Abby is 17 and a junior in high school. She is very energetic and friendly as well as caring when it comes to her friends and family. Blitz is a bit  mysterious. She doesn't share much a about herself or her past, but has a cocky and flirtatious personality.     I really like the way these came out. I feel like their outfits and faces really suit them. I had a little bit of trouble with Abby, since I wanted her to look relate to her sister ( Obviously) but not a clone of  her. I hope I succeed. Blitz was way easier to visualize, since I had a pretty clear vision of her in my mind.  That as all for this one! Let me know what you think!

This week's post is part one of two. I was working on some more detailed portraits of my characters. I plan to make a comic with them, so I wanted to be sure of their features and that they all look different from each other.      On the right is Dianna Woods, 20 ( The left side is just some doodles). She is one of the main characters. In the story, she takes in her younger sister (Who you will see later) after the death of their father. She is a pretty serious person, and doesn't say more than she has to.      Thats all for this one. See you next time for the other main characters :)

This week isn't anything special, just a couple pages from my  sketchbook. I really like this page, the colors the composition of them. Completely accidental of course. The girl in red in the center is probably my favorite drawing on these pages. She just has so much character to her.      That's all for this week. See you next time!

This time I have just one page of my sketchbook to share. I haven't had much time to make really well thought out pages recently. this page is kind of just some doodles of one of my characters, Abby. I really like how these came out, I feel like they have a lot of personality. especially the one in the bottom corner.         Well, that's  all I have to say for this one. Let me know what you think.

This week I have a finished piece for you! It was done digitally in Clip Studio Paint. I wanted to try out digital painting and thought this was a great opportunity for it. This piece was  originally for a school project, but I scraped it because I ran out of time.      I am really proud of how it came out,  considering that I've never done digital painting before. The face is my favorite part. Doing the shading of her face was really fun. I also wanted to experiment with backgrounds. My idea for the background was based on a painting I saw on Pinterest of some oranges(?) on a tree. I don't think I did a bad job, just that it is a little plain compared to the girl. But hey, at least I tried.      That's all for this week. Let me know what you think!

This week I have yet another sketchbook spread to show you! It's quite experimental. This spread was done with tombow brush pens and a mildliner. It’s always interesting using water based pens, as I am more used to alcohol markers.  This spread was made out of boredom. I started to doodle eyes on one side of the page and this is what ended up happening. That being said, I think it turned out interesting. I definitely needed some, turn-my-brain-off drawing time. Right back to my comfort zone of pretty girls.  Well, let me know what you think! See you next week, bye!

This week I have this spread to show you all! It’s of my two characters Dianna and Blitz for a comic I'm working on called From the Rubble. I mostly used my col-erase colored pencils, as well as my tombow brush pens and a micron pen in navy blue. Mixing the red and blue pencil was fun to do as I don't often shade my drawings.       I really love how this spread came out. I wanted to design some alternate outfits for these characters, such as sleepwear and some party dresses. Blitz is Korean, so I looked into some traditional Korean dresses called hanbok to put her in. I like the idea of having the top layer of the dress to have a lightning bolt design on it, as her name is Blitz (german word for lightning, spent a lot of time looking up synonyms). Well, let me know what you think! See you next week, bye!
